If you are my friend, definitely you know that I am such a weak, unhealthy sicko girl and because of that, part of my new year’s resolution is to take care of my health condition. How to do it? Simply eat on time, try to eat vegetables, water therapy, work-out or jog when I have time and get enough sleep everyday. So last Saturday Dave, Lui and I decided to start our first work-out day.

Early this morning, it has taken its effect :) The 3 of us can’t move properly because of body pain but it feels good at the same time to know that you’re actually doing a great start! And hopefully, we’ll be able to do it the whole year. :) So tomorrow’s gonna be our second day!
